Banfi Brut

Metodo Tradizionale Classico

Banfi Brut is a classic example of an aristocratic, dry sparkling wine. A judicious selection of grapes- -Pinot Noir (50%) for body and depth of character, Chardonnay (40%) for bouquet and lightness, and Pinot Bianco (10%) are blended together to create this elegant sparkling wine.

Fresh, harmonious, delectable with a crisp, long finish, Banfi Brut is perfect as an aperitif for any occasion or as an ideal accompaniment for lobster and other seafood, or even spicy cuisine like Thai or Szechuan.

In a tasting of Italian sparkling Metodo Classico wines of the Talento consortium, this prestigious group ranked Banfi Brut as the number one bubbly, granting it 87 points out of 100, far ahead of many of Italy's traditional sparkling wine producers.
