Fine cuvée of Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc from Oltrepò Pavese.
PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE
Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks according to the Charmat Methodein order to achieve the optimal contact of the wine with selected yeasts.
DESCRIPTION
COLOUR: pale straw, abundant and subtle mousse with good perlage.
BOUQUET: intense and fragrant.
TASTE: fresh, with a gentle, crisp acidity, dry and harmonious.
WINEMAKER’S NOTES
One of the most historic products from our Strevi cellars. It combines the structureand power of Pinot Noir with the rich aromas typical of Pinot Blanc. The result isa fresh and easy to drink “Brut” sparkling wine.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Ideal as an aperitif wine, it can also be appreciated with light first courses.It marries particulary well with rice dishes, white meats and fish.
